Maintenance Plan
New patients will be offered a number of payment plans with the practice. At Slatire Dental Care we belive our maintenance plan offers best value.
What is covered?
- Registration with the practice
- Examination appointments (2 per annum)
- Scale and polish appointments (up to 2 vists per annum with dentist or hygienist as preferred)
- Diagnostic x-rays
- Emergency appointments (same day if phone-in before 10am or within 24 hours)
- Treatment planning (including study models)
- Reduced fees for any treatment required (please see FDC fee scale)
- Reduced monthly payment if more than one family member enrolled
- World wide dental accident and emergency cover
- Children under 18 years and exempt students who have a parent FDC registered will be treated under NHS regulations
